Diana Garnica - Nutrition and Culinary Management


Diana graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition. Originally from Mexico City, she has traveled throughout Mexico working with government hospitals and community healthcare programs. In 2008 she went to Switzerland to study culinary management; working with whole and organic foods, and simultaneously working in an organic restaurant. In 2010 she returned to Mexico, and was encouraged by her brother, currently living in Playa del Carmen, to come and visit the Sanar Clinic. She made the move and is now the resident expert on health and nutrition at the clinic, and will be continuing her education through an online program with the University of Barcelona to complete a post graduate degree in clinical nutrition and advanced food science.
