  • Indications for the use of medical ozone:
    • Arterial and circulatory diseases
    • Immunodeficiency, allergies, auto-immune disorders
    • Adjuvant therapy in the treatment of chronic viral diseases (HIV; Hepatitis B and C, HPV, Herpes) and cancer
    • Inflammatory and rheumatic disorders
    • Skin ulcers; chronic infections (skin, bone and soft tissue)
    • Dentistry
  • Used within proven dosages and applications ozone therapies have no side effects.
  • Contraindications:
    • Glucose 6 Phosphate Dehydrogenase deficiency, severe anemia, acute or recent hemorrhage, untreated hyperthyroidism
  • Contra-applications:
    • Direct intravenous infusion of ozone gas. (This procedure is not recommended or approved by the Asociación Mexicana de Ozonoterapia, AC.)

Circulatory Diseases

Varicose veins, ulcers, thrombophlebitis, atherosclerosis.
Peripheral vascular disease, arteriopathies.
Central or peripheral ischemic diseases, stroke.
Microcirculatory damage of diabetes mellitus (retinopathy, neuroangiopathy, diabetic foot, erectile dysfunction).

Infections

Bacterial, fungical (candida among others), parasites. Particularly useful in chronic infections and multi-resistant strains.
Infected ulcers and wounds. Gangrene and ostheomyelitis.
Acute and chronic viral diseases: hepatitis B and C, Herpes, HPV, HIV and others.

Autoinmune Diseases

Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, lupus.
Gout, mixed connective tissue disease.
Asthma and allergies.
